Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, applications, and websites provided by eDrops Technologies Private Limited ("eDrops").

1. Delivery Services

eDrops operates a mobile application facilitating 20L water jar ordering, repeat deliveries, and doorstep delivery. Certified local delivery partners and licensed facilities fulfill the physical bottling, purification, and doorstep transportation of drinking water in accordance with local safety regulations.

2. Digital Payment & Deliveries

Customer account balances and digital payments are processed on a per-delivery basis upon doorstep completion confirmation. Repeat deliveries may be paused, rescheduled, or cancelled at any time through the customer app. Refund requests for unused credits are processed according to our standard refund schedule within 5–7 business days.

3. Governing Law & Contact

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam/Kochi, Kerala.
