No. eDrops is a delivery app for buying purified 20L water jars. You order online and the jar is delivered to your doorstep. Bulk orders and memberships are available for homes and offices.
How do I buy a 20L water jar on eDrops?
Open the eDrops app at app.edrops.in, choose how many purified 20L water jars you need, select one-time purchase or repeat delivery, and place your order for doorstep delivery.
How does doorstep jar swap work?
When your order arrives, our delivery partner brings full 20L water jars to your door and collects empty jars in exchange. You do not need to carry or return jars yourself.
Which areas does eDrops serve and what are the delivery hours?
eDrops currently delivers in Kondotty and Malappuram, Kerala, Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
What payment methods are supported?
You can pay online via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking, or use your customer wallet balance for fast checkout.
Can I track my water jar delivery?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you can track delivery status live from the app until the jars are handed over at your doorstep.
Can homes and businesses place bulk water jar orders?
Yes. eDrops supports bulk orders for homes, offices, cafes, clinics, and shops with scheduled delivery slots and volume benefits.
Are memberships available?
